Deborah L. Freeland, FSFPE, CPCU
Deborah L. Freeland is a fire protection consultant for over 30 years, more than 20 with Arthur J. Gallagher. She is a member and immediate past Chair of the National Fire Protection Association’s Committee on the Protection of Cultural Resources. She has worked with museums, churches, libraries and cultural institutions in developing fire protection programs to reduce their potential risk and is at the forefront of developing new standards to address the protection of historic structures while preserving their historic fabric. She holds the ARM and CPCU designations. Debbie has spoken at several National RIMS Conventions.
